Do you ship to my country?

We should be able to ship to you regardless of where you live. If you are having trouble entering your country on the checkout page please email shop@jimll.co.uk and we’ll do our best to get to the bottom of it.

When will I get my order?

Please see our Shipping Policy for information regarding shipping times. Delays may occur if certain sizes or colours are out of stock with our supplier.

Can Jim sign my item?



All items are shipped to you directly from my print shop. I (Jim) don't dispatch them myself so cannot sign individual orders. However, limited edition prints and occasionally books are pre-signed and clearly labelled as such in the product description.

I made a mistake on my order. What should I do?

If you have not yet received a dispatch email, orders can be cancelled or amended by emailing shop@jimll.co.uk and quoting your order number. See our Returns Policy for more information.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your item is damaged upon arrival please email a clear photo of the damage to shop@jimll.co.uk and a replacement item can be sent out without the need to return the damaged one. See our Returns Policy for more information.

Who is this Jim guy?


I am a 37 year old human (he/him) from Bristol, UK. I have a fascination with out-dated electronics - particularly pre-cert horror VHS, early 3D video games and analogue synthesizers. I am best known for using Microsoft Paint XP to create bizarre pictures upon request - often involving obscure British celebrities and forgotten kids TV shows. I have published two books and worked for clients such as National Geographic, That Boutique-y Rum Company and Forbidden Worlds Film Festival. I also really like birds.

I have a picture request for Jim, where’s the best place to send it?

Look out for special request threads on Facebook and Twitter. Alternatively post your request as a comment on any of my social media posts. I try to read as many as possible. Remember politeness goes a long way and take a moment to check if something similar has already painted before posting. Please do not email your requests.

Can I commission Jim to create some artwork for me?

I generally only do a handful of commissions a year, instead focussing my time on fulfilling free requests on social media and on running the shop. But there's no harm in asking. Private commissions start at £350 and upwards depending on complexity and days required (Microsoft Paint is a slow medium so brace yourself). Email your brief to jim@jimll.co.uk. The clearer the brief, the quicker I can give you an accurate quote.

Are these really all drawn on MS Paint?

I saw some Jim’ll Paint It greeting cards in a shop. Are these legit?

If they have “Lesser Spotted” on the back then yes, these are officially licensed cards.
