Returns Policy

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to receipt of your shipping confirmation email. To cancel your order contact shop@jimll.co.uk and quote your order number.

We’re confident you’ll love your items but if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your order you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If your order is defective in any way, simply email a clear photo of the issue to shop@jimll.co.uk and a replacement item or refund can be issued without the need for a return. If the defective item is still wearable please consider donating it to a clothing bank.

If your order is not defective it will need to be returned unworn and at your own cost before a refund or exchange can be arranged. Please read our Size Guide carefully to avoid the need for an exchange.
