T-shirt Was never delivered. No one has responded to my emails requesting either thé t-shirt or a refund. I’ve written 3 polite requests since May. I believe this is a scam
Hi Helen, I'm really sorry for the trouble you've experienced. I emailed you back on the 19th May the same day you sent your email explaining that Royal Mail had attempted delivery of your parcel multiple times and asking you what you wanted to do thereafter (I provided instruction). I have still had no reply from you. I've dropped you another email now. Let me know if you'd like us to reship your order and please ensure you follow tracking and Royal Mail Updates.
