I'm sorry the fit wasn't what you were expecting. All of our T-shirts are cut and sewn by hand before being printed to order, and our supplier allows for a natural variation of up to around 3cm in the garment measurements. We do also include a size guide - https://jimll.co.uk/pages/size-guides
I always recommend comparing the measurements on our size guide with a favourite existing T-shirt, as sizes can vary a little between brands and styles.
